Delhi Crime: Youth strangled to death in property dispute, knifed during a quarrel between students

Imran alias Bandar (35) was killed by cousin Mohammad Naushad (28) and brother-in-law Mukaruddin in a property dispute in Kalyanpuri. According to the police, Imran has a flat in Trilokpuri 15 block, which is occupied by his sister and brother-in-law.

Naushad and Mukaruddin strangled Imran during the argument on Tuesday. Later, after putting the dead body in a sack, it was thrown on Trilokpuri Nala Road. Police have arrested Naushad while the van driver and Mukruddin, who disposed of the body, are on the lookout.

Eastern District Deputy Commissioner of Police Amrutha Goguloth said that late on Tuesday night, a body was reported lying in a sack near Trilokpuri Nala Road, Rajkiya Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya. Kalyanpuri police station registered a case of murder and destruction of evidence. The team of Inspector Rishikesh Meena and others conducted the investigation. After examining the CCTV footage near the spot, the police identified the Eeco van. The van was seen coming from 15 Block Chowk late at 12 midnight. Later the deceased was identified as Imran.

When the police interrogated Imran’s neighbor Shabana and sister Nargis etc., it was found that Imran had a fight with Mukaruddin and Naushad on Tuesday night over vacating the flat. After this the police caught Naushad. Naushad told that with the help of Mukaruddin’s known Gaurav, he had put the dead body in a van and disposed of it.

Quarrel between students, knifed the teenager who came to help

In Kalkaji, a fight broke out between the students when they bumped shoulders while playing in the school. Three students beat up a student after school was over. When the neighbor came to save the teenager, the accused stabbed him. The knife penetrated deep into the stomach. The juvenile was admitted to Majidia Hospital from where he was referred to Safdarjung Hospital. The condition of the teenager remains critical in the hospital.

Kalkaji police station has detained one student, while two are on the lookout. According to South-East District Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajesh Deo, there was a report of Ram (name changed, 15) being stabbed outside the co-educational school on Wednesday and admitted to Majidia Hospital. Kalkaji police station chief Rakesh Kumar immediately reached the hospital with the team and found that three students studying in class 8 in the school had stabbed him. Seeing the critical condition, Ram has been admitted to Safdarjung Hospital.
